My favourite part about doing pet caricatures is receiving the client’s cute pet photos. If you have a flicker or photobucket account it would be really handy if you could send me an album link of your pet. Please make it clear which pets you want me to draw and that the images allow me to save them if I need to.
If you are emailing me pictures please send a minimum of three jpegs of each pet and make sure that they are under 500 pixels across.
Make sure that the images you send are clear photos of you pet.

When writing the description of you pet try to make it as clear as possible. If it is translated well then the caricature will look better and suit your pet’s personality. If you are having trouble describing what they are like perhaps think of a well-known character or celebrity that they are like. For example you could say your dog is a bit like the dog off the Churchill advert. Or if your cat were a human it would mostly be like Amy Winehouse….
The best sort of description would be something like this:
Banjo is a seven-month-old tri colour Jack Russell terrier. She loves playing fetch and tug. Her favourite toy is a little rubber pig that grunts when you squeeze she likes to carry it around as if it’s her puppy. She is a bit of a tart with people and dogs and likes to greet every thing she sees with a wagging tail, but she’s not very tolerant with dogs that are too boistrous or make too much fuss and will snort and yapp if they irritate her. She has an amazing grip and if your playing tug you can lift the toy up in the air and she will still be attached to it. If I had to describe Banjo as a famous character I would say is most like the dog from the film The Mask. One minute she is a cute and the next she is running around like a maniac trying to get you to throw her ball or play tug with her.
This is a bad example:
Banjo is a tri coloured bitch. She is seven months old. Her tail is curly and she has black patches on her back.
Hope this information helps
