After having a browse and getting a general idea of what you would like you can now click on to the shop to see what options you can choose.

 

 How to Buy a Sketches, Colour pencil or Digital on Canvas Portraits:

 Click on the “Add to basket” button next to the type of portrait you would like to purchase and your shopping basket will appear on the page. The Sketched and Colour pencil caricatures have a limited number of pets per portrait. If you would like add more pets to the picture click on the “Add to basket” button next to the “More pets added” heading.

 Once you have selected what you want select “Buy now” and continue to Paypal to make your payment.

 An email will be sent to you with your receipt number and an email should be sent out to Labradoodlez with your contact details. We should be with you shortly to request your pets photos and descriptions, however sometimes the notifications are delayed so if you don’t hear anything within 48 hours please send an email with a copy of your paypal receipt directly to Labradoodlez.

 The Sketched and Colour Pencil portraits do not come mounted. Once the portrait is complete an email will be sent to you with a watermarked image of your portrait you will then be given the option to have your picture dispatched to you or sent to the studio to be mounted or framed. A quote will be emailed to you if you decide to go with one of these options.

Digital on Canvas 

Printed to 8×10 inch stretched canvas. It is limited to one pet per portrait. This caricature will be a head and shoulders shot of the pet. You can request the colour you would like when you send your pets photos over email. 

 Digital Deluxe

A digital deluxe includes up to four pets per portrait. Props can be added such as toys and baskets etc. It is a very fine and detailed portrait that can take up to 48 hours to complete. This option includes A5 printing with a surrounding mount or an 8 x 10 Inch canvas print. 

Bespoke commissions 

 You are not limited by what is available on the shop page. If you would like one of these options, but at a different size or even medium you can contact us and we will get back to you shortly with some options and a quote for each.

Turn around 

 Portraits can be completed within 14 working days, but please allow two months turn around to receive your commission. If you are ordering gifts please order two months before to avoid disappointment. Christmas time can get quite busy so it is recommended you order in advance to get your pictures in time for the Christmas post. We can offer gift vouchers if you are strapped for time.

 Shipping

There will be a charge for delivery outside of the UK

Portraits will be sent by first post class royal mail and will need a signature for delivery.  An email will be sent to you notifying you that your product has been dispatched. We are not responsible for any post delays or strikes.
